Nestled among rooms occupied by the various divisions of the CLB, the Armoury has several rooms which are available for rent.  Rooms may be booked for a single day, or for several consecutive days, depending on your needs.  Prices are negotiated on an individual basis, and are largely dependent on the amount of preparation required.

1st Level:
The Parade Square - a cavernous 6,500 square foot hall, it is ideal for large weddings, company Christmas parties, or even trade shows.  The Parade Square has ample bathroom facilities, a kitchen, and a concealable refreshment centre which can be opened for a break and then closed up again in no time.  A fully licensed facility, cold beer and highballs can be served to a crowd quickly.  Cash and major credit cards are accepted.

The Lecture Hall - located immediately off of The Parade Square, this room, at 900 square feet, is perfect for meetings, smaller receptions or classroom style presentations.  The Lecture Hall features available canteen style access to the kitchen to serve up delicious meals in a hurry, and with two accesses, it may also serve as a prep area for larger functions taking place on The Parade Square.

The Board Room - also located immediately off of The Parade Square, this quaint chamber is the perfect size for board meetings or storage for large events taking place elsewhere in the facility.  With a large, east facing window, this room is awash with bright, warm sunshine for those early morning meetings, and can be easily converted into a cloakroom or coat-check upon your request.

2nd Level:
The Walter F. Learning Rehearsal Hall - home to the renowned CLB Regimental Band, this 1,050 square foot room is fully wheelchair accessible, and features its own washroom, elevator and spectacular view of the South-side Hills.  Colourful wainscoting and a parquet floor add to the ambience, with a built in stereo system (with microphone) for background music or public speaking.  With a prep area and raised platform for a head table, this room is perfect for banquets of up to eighty people.

The Fife & Drum - feel privileged to use this  625 square foot room for your cocktail reception, as it is the private social room of our Regimental Band.  Accessible from the W.F.Learning Rehearsal Hall, this area features a faux fireplace, a built in bar and concealed dart-boards, and even a working honky-tonk piano.  Ideal for cozy receptions, anniversary parties or small meetings, The Fife & Drum is tucked away in the upper corner of the Armoury and boasts parquet flooring surrounded by burgundy carpeting, stained wainscoting and hand made tables, perfect for two or three people to enjoy a drink over.  Fully licensed under the auspices of the Brigade and equipped with its own bartender, limited refreshments are available (limited mainly by logistics.)  Cash bar only.

Hosting an event? The CLB Armoury is well equipped to handle all your functions; from small meetings to large concerts and everything in-between. Our facility can hold up to 894 people (standing room only) and up to 450 (sitting/dinner setting).
