130+ YEARS
Our history of supporting our communities across Newfoundland and Labrador stems back 130+ years.
Our mission today is the same as it was then: provide leadership and learning opportunities to the young people of the province.
We believe there’s good in everything. It’s our purpose to help the next generation of young adults to find it in their own lives; Passing down the skills and connections we’ve developed through the years.
Take the time to learn about what we bring to our communities:
OUR BRIGADE
Skills. Drills. Fun.
Good things grow when you blend all three.
The weekly CLB meetings give kids the opportunity to learn essential life skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Our badgework and outings show kids how to set and work through their goals.
Camping to crafts, archery and scavenger hunts to hiking, and helping the people in our communities. If it’s fun and engaging- we probably offer it!

Harmony means more than hitting the right notes.
When we all work together - listen to each other - practice carefully - we make magic.
Our band programs offer a weekly opportunity to blend together the reverence of music with a passion for seeing the pieces come together.
The CLB band is a beloved part of the community with public performances throughout the year.
